SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is complimentary on purchases over $200. Effective February 2016, we will implement shipping charges on all purchases $200 or less (per address). 

We prefer to ship USPS express/registered/insured mail. 

If you request for us to ship Express Mail, it is a minimum of $35.00. However, we may ship with other carriers due to varying factors: size, contents, destination, etc. 

Please ask your sales associate for cost of shipping at the time of purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges may be made within 30 days and returns may be made within 10 days and must be accompanied by a sales receipt. 

All items must be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot grant a full refund on any merchandise that shows signs of having been worn, resized, engraved, or altered in any way. We will refund or credit you for the cost of the item plus sales tax, if applicable.

All returns will be fully inspected. A restocking fee may be applicable.

SPECIAL ORDERS

All special orders require a non-refundable deposit of at least 20% of the total price. If special orders are cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, the full deposit will be refunded.

 

Changes, alterations, or cancellations made to special orders outside the initial 24 hour period are not eligible for a refund on deposit.

 

No returns or exchanges on special orders.

The deposit amount cannot be applied to existing account balances.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
