How often should I have my jewelry appraisals updated?
You should have your jewelry appraisal updated every three years, however, an annual update may be in your best interest. Prices of diamonds, precious metals, and colored gemstones often change from year-to-year and may fluctuate up or down depending on market conditions. It is important to be sure that you are protected in the unfortunate event of a loss. Appraisal updates are critical for keeping your jewelry appropriately covered.
