online purchase of the merchandise depicted (currently purchases are by email or

herein is permitted for such personal, noncommercial use only. Such materials
may not be transferred, linked, reproduced, retransmitted or otherwise
distributed or displayed, in whole or in part for other websites, unless you
receive written permission from us.
Product Images
We have attempted to accurately depict the colors of the products offered on
this site. However, because the color you see is dependent on your computer
monitor, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will be accurate. The
products also may appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on
your monitor. Some photographs have been enlarged to show detail. All Items
Subject to Prior Sale. Unless noted otherwise all grams/dwts are with stones
intact.
Pricing
We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but we
are human. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and in
our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item at the
incorrect price. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars. Currently,
sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in Indiana State (or
picked up in our store).
Due to the extreme volatility of precious metals and gemstone markets all prices are subject to change. Due to rapidly rising precious metal market prices, we no longer guarantee our prices as advertised. We do not change prices once orders are booked without notifying you.
Sizing and/or alterations charges are not included in the price of our estate jewelry. Most new rings (non-estate) receive one complimentary sizing. Some restrictions may apply. Please call for more information.
Why do we list SOLD items on our
site? Well, for several reasons. Older pages are well recognized by search
engines, so they continue to come up when you search for a specific item or
artist. Showing items that we have sold in the past displays to you, the buyer,
a wider variety of items and lets you know the types of items we carry, even
though they may not be in stock now. If you see something that we have sold and
that you want to purchase, contact us to see if we can get something similar for
you.
Leaving sold items and their prices on the site is also a good measure of
inflation and especially the increased value of authentic Native American
jewelry, fetishes and other artwork.
Shipping
Effective March 1, 2011. Shipping is complimentary on purchases over $100.00. Minimum envelope shipping charge is $5.00, packages $7.95 and up depending on shipping method/weight. Express, Registered Mail or Insured minimum is $25.00. Please ask your sales associate for cost of shipping at time of purchase.
