Layaway

Layaway (also called lay-by in other countries) is a way to purchase

an item without paying the total cost at once. Rather than taking the item home and then repaying the

debt on a regular schedule, as in most payment plans or installment plans, the layaway customer

does not receive the item until it is completely paid for.

In the event the customer did not pay the total amount due, the item will be returned to stock.

Any payments that have been paid prior to the cancellation may or may not be returned.

This will be determined by Eichhorn Jewelry, Inc.

We are able to take weekly or monthly payments.

Exact terms will be determined before any layaway payments are made.

Terms will be determined by your sales associate.
